Earlier this year, Krzysztof Okła had decided to relocate to Netherlands for several month, taking a dozen of his best horses with him. Operating from a stable near Amsterdam, he had hoped to take part in international show jumping tournaments, further hone his skills and strike new business opportunities. The first weeks of the leave had proven the relocation to be a huge success.

In March and April, we have competed in CSI** tournaments in Lier (Belgium) and Kronenberg (Netherlands). The Grand Prix CSI** Kronenberg contest will remain a particularly fond memory for us, as it had not only marked the return of Chacitol, Mr. Okła’s main horse, to competing, but also taking of the sixth place by the newest horse in our stable – Captain, a twelve-year old gelding owned by Zuzanna Gowin.

The performances of both horses can be seen in the videos below:

Moreover, two of our horses – Clearville, a twelve year old gelding, and Chicharito Blue, a ten year old gelding – have left our stable and flew to their new home in the USA. We will be closely eyeing Chicharito’s further career with a sense of pride, as the horse will be saddled by none other than the Beijing Olympic Games gold medallist, Will Simpson.
